We love the concept of the hot-dog & are passionate about the quality and provenance of the ingredients used. We spent over a year testing our recipe to achieve a balanced depth of flavour and smokiness.  

Our hot dogs are made from the best quality Scottish beef and pork, a secret blend of herbs and spices then smoked with beechwood for an exceptional flavour. 

We top our hot dogs with an array of delicious homemade condiments!
