It's simple! You can browse our suppliers online by using the search function on our homepage. This will let you filter suppliers by cuisine & budget.
You can then view the supplier’s profiles to see if they are suitable for your event. Once you have signed up you can connect with suppliers using the chat feature and submit an event enquiry to your favourites!
You can modify or cancel a booking by getting in touch with your &munch catering manager. A cancellation policy applies to all bookings. You can view this in our terms here.
You can expect a reply from suppliers within 3 working days, but it can often be sooner.
Yes, it’s a very safe and reliable way to book event catering and bars. We hand-pick all our suppliers and ensure they are legitimate businesses. We also require suppliers to provide valid Health & Safety documents and insurance.
We release final deposits to suppliers after the event giving you greater peace of mind.

Your listing is essentially your shop window so it’s important it communicates professionalism and appeals to people who are browsing. When joining we provide you with a checklist of what to include in an optimised listing.
Our team will review your listing before it goes live on the platform and will help you make any improvements to ensure your listing attracts lots of attention!
