The Caravan of Courage are 100% plant based street food traders based in Edinburgh. We cater for festivals, large events, markets, pop ups & private catering.  We trade from our classic caravan at large events, with our market gazebo at smaller events. We have catered for many festivals and events since 2018, Underbelly @ the Fringe, Edinburgh's Christmas, borders book festival, meadows festival to name a few.
We create interesting, exciting and super tasty courageous vegan hot food.
