Edelwurst Catering

Our catering business is Specialising in German Street Food including a choice of Bratwurst Sausages (with a twist) - loaded Bratwurst / BBQ Loaded Bratwurst served on a bed of cheesy fries with sliced bratwurst topped with Garlic mayo & BBQ sauce and a sprinkle of spring onions, Loaded Chicken Schnitzel and Traditional Curry-wurst as well as many other delicious options.

Our Bratwurst sausages are sourced from Germany, but our Chicken Schnitzel are made locally by award winning butcher Ewan Morrice of Stuartfield, with our bread sub rolls being made by the 'Murdoch Allan' bakery in Aberdeen which are delivered freshly baked to our events. We have attended many large scale events in the past including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Royal Highland Show and Belladrum Music Festival, and the Open Golf Championship.

Our Airstream food trailer has proved to be very popular at events with many people complimenting us on our appearance, attention to detail and of course our food. We are continuing to work on improving what we offer and we have also added a couple of delicious speciality dishes to our menu with the help of our two former head chefs who work with us throughout the season.
